  • If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, return it for a full purchase refund.

  • If any part requires repair during the first 30 days after receiving your air purifier, due to manufacturer defect, then Heaven Fresh will replace it with a new machine.

All our products pass the strict tests prior to leaving an ISO9001 factory. Customers could, within 1 year from the date of purchase, enjoy limited repair and replacement. We will replace the product with one of equal or greater value.

The warranty does not cover::

  • All replacement parts including filters and UV lamps
  • Improper use or maintenance,
  • Improper dismantling, packing, and assembling,
  • An unauthorized operation, tampering, altering, modification not found in the instruction,
  • Random change of power source or voltage,
  • Accident or a natural disaster.

INSURANCE!

We use UPS/USPS for shipment. For our customer's satisfaction, we make sure that every order we ship is insured for more than the purchase price so that our customers can have a complete peace of mind once they are done placing an order from Heaven Fresh. If you find your unit damaged before opening when it arrives, please contact UPS/USPS directly. Also, please notify us as soon as possible.
