I just wanted to say thank you very much for your quick response to my inquiry about a defect latch for Natuopure lid. We received the latch today and the lid now closes properly.
This is the second air purifier we have purchased from Heaven Fresh and we enjoy the clean air we are able to breathe thanks to them. I thought I must write to you about your fantastic product.
It so happened that I was looking for a particular electric item (part) for my friend in one of the Thrift Shops in Surrey Canada and came upon this ion air purifier with no electric adapter--just for 4 Canadian dollars.
I had heard of this unit from a friend and wondered if the e-adapter would be available in a Radio Shack store in Seattle.
Coming back to Seattle I was just lucky and with proper polarization of the e-adapter tip, was able to get the unit working --with a a whirr sound of the fan--may be thats why it was sitting in the Thrift shop. It was XJ-2100.
I placed the unit near my fish tank and was amazed to see the difference it made in the air quality / smell of my living room.
I ordered two of HF-210UV and let me tell you that hard earned money (in this tight economic phase) ---I honestly feel was VERY WELL spent.
Thank you very much --------and my 4 canadian dollar thrift shop purchase is still running fine 24/7 near my fish tank .

Hello and Good Day!!! The Air Purifier we purchased recently has been a wonderful addition to our home. Since we have been doing renovations to our house and are putting up with the extra dirt and dust associated with renos, the Intelli-Pro has been doing a Fantastic job. We put it in our bedroom at night and have noticed a big difference in our quality of sleep too. With two cats in the house also, we will be purchasing another unit very soon. Air Purifier Intelli Pro Heaven Fresh MultiTech HF-380 (XJ-3800) (by Michael J., 539 words)
I did a lot of research over the last few years on air purifiers and felt the HF-380 (XJ-3800) was the best air purifier for the price! I found that units at five times the price cleaned a larger area but that was it. The HF-380 had all the important features I was looking for.
It was one of the few air purifiers that not only had pre filter, a very large HEPA filter combined with a granulated carbon filter, it also had a washable Electrostatically charged Plasma filter… most air cleaners units either had one or the other. Also only found in your better air purifiers… the HF-380 has a UV light and TiO2 Photocatalytic Oxidation Filter that work together to remove Mold, Bacteria, Viruses and a list of chemicals and organic based pollutants.
I ordered 2 of the HF-380 Air Purifiers one for me and one for a family member at a different location. When I received the unit the first thing I did was to inspect the filters and to see how easy they were to remove and replace. The HF-380 front panel is very easy to open and close and the filters fit firmly. The HEPA/Carbon Filter has a rubber gasket around it and makes a perfect seal; not allowing any air to escape out the sides… which is very important if you want clean air!
The HF-380 4 different fan speeds plus “Auto”. Even at the highest speed, the unit is not that loud and the fan has a very pleasant air movement sound… personally I find it very relaxing! At the “Auto Mode” the unit adjusts the fan speed as needed and it really works. After a few hours of use at high speed I put the fan speed in “Auto Mode” as I was sure my place had clean air according to the LED light indicator of the air sensors… as I approached the unit it detected my cologne the “Odor” LED light went on and the “Clean Monitor” LED level indicator went almost all the way up, the fan speed went from the lowest speed to “Medium” speed almost immediately… cleaning the air much faster as needed!
I live in a nice 2 bedroom apartment but I felt the air quality in my place is not as clean or safe as it should be, partly because of the air return system of the “HVAC” and wall to wall carpet. According the LED indicators of the air quality sensors I was right about my air quality… Within a short period of time the air quality in my place is much better, thanks to the HF-380! I have had the unit in my bedroom at night for almost a week and have been sleeping better than I have for a very long time. Before I had the HF-380 I woke up many nights a week short of breath… not anymore!
I also found the price of the replacement HEPA/Carbon filter and the UV light to be very reasonable and the fact you only have to do this about every 2 years is great! So far I am very pleased with my purchase of Heaven Fresh HF-380 Air Purifier and would highly recommend it!

Oh my gosh i absolutley love this product. My friend had a couple of the xj-2000 and i tried them in my home and decided i needed a couple of them. Our allergies were really bad. I just wanted to write and tell you how much I love your product! A couple of years ago I purchased the Heaven Fresh air purifier. It developed a squealing noise after a couple of month of use and you promptly replaced it. The new one has worked beautifully ever since. Whenever the air in the house feels stagnant or "stuffy" I turn this on and it immediately feels as though I've opened all the windows! I feel like I can breathe again. In fact, I wouldn't be without my Heaven Fresh!
It's particularly useful in winter. I recently painted our master bedroom and have been using this to freshen the room for a few days. It feels so good when you walk into that room - a definitive difference from the rest of the house.

I just wanted to let you how great your product is. Both myself and some friends have very bad allergies and with the XJ 2100 I rarely stuff up in the house unless I have a window etc open. A friend loved it so much she bought one also. Both of us had been using the expensive hepa filter units and they just did not compare to what the 2100 does. On top of everything the unit is so light that she takes hers when she travels and runs it in the hotel room ... she would turn it on ... go down to the pool and come back to a room that smelt 100% clean and fresh. Her sons asthma attacks were reduced to almost nothing now when they travel.
In addition today I had to phone as I could not figure out why my unit would not turn on... the customer service agent I spoke with was amazing ... did not make me feel rushed and did not make me feel silly for not noticing the back was slightly off. The experience with your company has been nothing but good so I thought instead of you guys receiving problem after problem from everyone that it might be nice to send a job well done.

Today I got a new t-shirt from Mark's Warehouse - which is located inside a Canadian Tire Store (new) . . . . . I have been a Holistic Health Practitioner for 14 years now and have been studying holistic health and herbs and essential oils since 1984. I have seen allergies and breathing problems in Sherwood Park, Edmonton, Mayerthorpe, and Hinton areas of Alberta due to the pollutants being emmitted from the Oil Refineries, heavy traffic within the cities, and Pulp mill emmissions. I tested it in my hose during the weekend. It is definitely a good product compared to Ionic Pro and Oreck ( the prices of these companies are very high).

I must admit I am impressed by this Multi-Tech Air Purifier. We are renting a place with carpets throughout the house, actually our first place with carpets. As soon as we moved in, my wife's started sneezing and had trouble keeping her sinuses from running daily, even while sleeping and had to take allergy pills every day. Within 12 hours of plugging the Multi-Tech in, she was no longer sneezing. Within 2 days and since then, she has never taken the allergy pills again and no more sneezing. This air purifier works! It saved me from looking for another place to live. I am definitely looking at buying another for our bedroom. I never thought air purifiers actually did what they said, the Multi-Tech XJ-3000C proved me wrong. Kudos!

We bought the XJ-2100 about eight months ago to put in the nursery. Since then, I have been extremely pleased with its performance. I'm no expert when it comes to air purification, but when it comes time to make a purchase, I always do my research. The specs for the XJ-2100 were solid, the price was right, and I like to support Canadian business whenever I can. I ended buying a refurbished unit because I thought hey, if it turns out to be a piece of junk I won't feel so bad about the money I spent. Well well well, junk it certainly is not! In terms of maintenance, all it requires is the occasional wiping of the metal collection plates (I've done it twice so far in 8 months). The unit has been on 24/7 with full fan and full ionization without any problems. And the nursery is easily the best-smelling and cleanest-smelling room in the house. The reason why I'm writing a review now is because I'm back on the website, looking to buy more heaven fresh products for Christmas. I definitely recommend the XJ-2100.

I just purchased, a week ago, two air purifiers..xj2100. Thus far I am very pleased. We haven't had them long enough to see just how effective they'll be. In another two weeks, I'll remove the filter and examine. If it has captured a goodly amt of particles, I'll know I've made a wise choice. As for its sound, it is extremely silent. I have it on, with fan on highest setting, and challenge anyone to hear anything! It's as though the machine isn't even on! My son walked into the room 2 days after we turned it on, and exclaimed "The room smells different. There's definitely a difference. No cigar odor,or any odor at all, for that matter!! I knew right then, we'd made a good buy. I'll report in about 2 weeks as to the entrapment of dust etc, after I view the filter.

We also deal with mold, asbestos and hazardous material remediation on the consulting level. We use commercial filtration units ranging from $1,000.00 thru $4,000.00. Obviously this machine does not compare to the units costing thousand of dollars but what it does do is take all of todays technology and combine it into one machine. If you bought a seperate machine for all of the functions that this machine provides you could easily spend $500.00 to $700.00 and still not get a unit thats as quality built as this.

I purchased a combo with 3 XJ2100 and a XJ201 as a free gift. We installed one in the living room, one in the dining room , one in the office and one in the bathroom. My husband and I both smoke. After a week and a half we checked the dust collector plates. Not only there was dust but we coulndt believe the accumulation of the tar from the cigarette smoke.
All the bad smell is gone and the air in the house is fresh. Its amazing.
We will highly recommend these units to all our friends and family.

I purchased a Multi-Tech 3000C air purifier recently for use in my printing business. This unit was placed near our metal plate burner and plate finishing system which uses chimical baths ( very bad odors emit from these ).
I wasn't sure that this unit would work considering the size. To my great surprise, this small unit does a fabulous job even in our large room which is close to 1000 SQF. I was so impressed that I ordered a second unit for home. This is a great purifier !

For many years I have suffered form server allergies throughout the year particularly during the Spring and Fall seasons. I bought the XJ-1000 for my bedroom to keep down the dust levels. Currently, my computer sucks in the air and collects dust deposits, so I'm using the XJ-1000 to protect my computer from dust. Only time will tell if there is less dust buildup inside my computer.
For now, I can say that my bedroom has a rain-fresh scent to it. We also tried it in a cigarette smoke filled bathroom, closed the door, and waited. After ten minutes, most of the bad smoke smell was gone and you can detect the rain-fresh scent. Good enough for me.

Good morning to you Heaven Fresh!
We received our purifiers on Friday and we used them on the weekend. We do love them, but need to report one problem. First I would like to say again we love the unts, they work awesome. We have 3 parrots, 2 Pomeranians, and we are both smokers so as you might imagine we were in desperate need of a solution. But our solution has indeed been found with the Neo-Tech units!! Gosh, they really work great. In fact, we like the units so much we may wish to inquire about selling these for you in Alberta at a later date. They truly are the Pet People's Savior! We are most impressed and I could go on and on! But instead I'll simply say.. Thank you Heaven Fresh - from all the members of my family; big and small!!
But as I mentioned, there was one problem, one of our XL-2000s has a big rattle going on within the unit. In fact the rattle could be heard through it's box and packaging before we opened it. The unit does in fact work fine, and my hubby checked the collection plate area to see if perhaps it was the cause of the rattle but he found it to be fine. But it certainly still has something large and loose going on in there. I have brought the unit with me today to work and would like to send it back to you for a new one, if I may? I will send it via courier to you later today and I will be sure to include my invoice and all original packaging. Perhaps you can confirm back to me via this email if that would not be ok?

I purchased 3XJ2000 Ionic Air Purifier last month. After plugging in the machines it did not take too long for the air to smell incredibly fresh. With 2 cats in the house I was always worried about their odour, especially from their litter boxes. To my complete delight, no one notices the cat smell any more. These are wonderful air purifiers and I have recommended them to my friends. I saw the exact same item, with a different manufacturer's name on it for $119.99 each. I wanted to say how impressed I am with the service & delivery of the product I received from your company. I purchase two Ionic Air Purifiers and picked up the parcel on Saturday. I set them up immediately. I can already feel/smell an improvement to the air in my home.
I had a bad experience a couple of years ago with another company in ordering on-line for Christmas. I placed the order in August, but didn't receive the product until December 15th. Needless to say, I have been reluctant to order on-line again.
