If any part requires repair during the first 30 days after receiving your air purifier, due to manufacturer defect, then Heaven Fresh will replace it with a new machine.

Label and ship the package, freight prepaid, to the address provided. We do not accept COD !

Please e-mail us your shipment tracking number at service_hfc@heavenfresh.com when you ship back the order (e.g UPS/USPS Tracking Number).

All our products pass the strict tests prior to leaving an ISO9001 factory. Customers could, within 3 years from the date of purchase, enjoy free repair and replacement. We will replace the product with one of equal or greater value, or reimburse you for replacement of the product.

The warranty does not cover the damages that resulted from:

Improper use or maintenance,

Improper dismantling, packing and assembling,

Unauthorized operation, tampering, altering, modification not found in the instruction,

Random change of power source or voltage,

Accident or natural disaster.

If you find your unit damaged before opening when it arrives, please contact UPS/USPS directly. Also, please notify us as soon as possible.
